MMXXV . apartment building

A residential project designed to show twin villa architectural expression while function as an apartment building. The ground and first floors each accommodate two apartments, while the roof level is designed as a full floor private apartment.

Each unit includes two master bedrooms with walk in closets, one standard bedroom, and well organized kitchen, living, and reception areas that support comfortable family living and social gathering. The design balances privacy, strong sense of flow and clarity through clear zoning and a modern luxury architectural language, giving the building the presence of villas rather than a conventional apartment block.
