A lifestyle driven residence, this project challenges linear planning by organising the interior into three distinct zones: public, semi-private, and private, ensuring transitions without conventional walkways. The villa is designed to be experienced as a single unified home rather than attached villas, emphasising spatial continuity and experiential flow.

Expansive landscaped areas support social gatherings and events, while carefully designed fences, a grand welcoming gate enhances the guest experience from entry to exit. Mashrabiyeh inspired façades reinterpret the distribution of the Aurora , balancing aesthetics with energy efficiency through strategic massing and openings.
